Delivery Information

All Website orders go on a Next Working Day Delivery. Guaranteed, or so they say! The UPS Carrier does require a signature. We do have a greater than 98% success rate with Next Day Delivery. 

 

The checkout will not apply a postage charge for orders over £100

 

Order Processing 

 

Orders placed before 12 noon will be processed on the same day. Any orders received after 12 will be processed on the Next Working Day.

 

We do not strictly adhere to this rule, and we do try to get orders out as soon as possible. If you need the goods urgently then please call us on 01332 346521, or email us.

 

If you have used our Secure Payment Gateway by Protx, then we will only take the money from your account when the goods are ready to be sent. This is a secure process, all of your card numbers are encrypted and at no point are your card details visible to anyone.

 

If there is a price under a product on our Website it is normally in stock. If there is an "Add to Enquiry" button under a product, then it is either on its way to our warehouse or is not held in Stock. We will let you know how long it will take for to goods to come in to us if they are not in Stock. We use our Stock Control System to update Website Stock and Prices, but occasionally there can be a discrepancy. If your order is urgent please call ahead and we will physically check the stock, and reserve it for you.

 

Postage Charges General

We try to remain competitive with our Ironmongery Prices, this means that we have to pass on the full cost of postage to our customers. Most of our products are quite heavy for their size and cost, so we have decided to use one Carrier (UPS) and send all of our orders out on a Next Working Day Delivery.
