Bennetts supply to most of the Major National House Builders across the UK. 

 

Please contact our Estimators who will schedule a full Ironmongery package, including mailbox solutions, and provide a quotation for your project based on your Specification and floor plans. We will then supply the goods packed by plot, door set or in bulk, in line with your company operating procedures. We can work to a build schedule or your Site call-off instruction. We can also provide you with a  Delivery Schedule to allow you to easily track the progress of your order.

 

In addition to your door fittings we can supply a range of Environmental Support Products, which include Water Butts, Recycling Bins, Bat & Bird nesting boxes, Clothes Airing solutions and Bike Storage.   

 

 

Bennetts sales and specification team will work closely with you to ensure that the Door Ironmongery Package is correctly specified to meet all Building Regulations including Fire and Disabled Access. We will then draw up a quotation and schedule and supply the goods packed as required in line with a build schedule or your Site call-off instruction.

 

For Environmental Softening we can supply a range of products such as Bollards for Pedestrian Precincts, Signage and Bike Storage.

   

 

Bennetts source from a wide range of manufacturers and suppliers and can usually meet the specification you or your clients choose, or offer an alternative. We have flexible delivery arrangements and can provide you with fixed prices for your main product lines. We also provide an Ironmongery Scheduling and Quotation service. Our Sales Team are always on hand to give advice and to track down specialist fittings. 

 

 

A member of the Bennetts Sales and Technical Team is always on hand to visit architects and quantity surveyors to offer advice on the suitability of products to help you make the right choice.

 

We can specify and schedule products from a Floor Plan, and ensure they meet all current fire regulations and also comply with Document M of the Building Regulations in reference to Accessibility and the DDA where applicable.

 

Our Estimating Team will turn a schedule into a quotation broken down into the price per door and item. We will also provide a separate schedule for any other communal facilities such as Mailbox Systems, Bike Lockup Facilities, Smoking Shelters etc.

 

We can also prepare a Master Key and Suiting Plan.
