In 2022 Vistry Group awarded Bennetts Architectural Ironmongery National Supply Chain status for ironmongery and other ancillary requirements.
As part of this agreement Bennetts has assisted with the supply of product for the prestigious “Gallions Reach development” – a modern and stylish riverside community in the heart of Royal Albert Wharf, East London currently being built by the Vistry Partnerships London Division.
Bennetts is working with Vistry Partnerships to provide ironmongery schedules based on Vistry’s design brief, floor plans and fire & security criteria for this exceptional development which has a 10 year staged build programme.
The Bennetts GAI qualified team has prepared “plot by plot” schedules in line with Vistry’s build plan, to deliver a seamless site assembly solution whilst also providing competitive pricing and “just in time” supply for a wide range of products.
In addition to providing all of Vistry’s ironmongery requirements, Bennetts was tasked with sourcing competitive; bathroom fittings, shower curtains and mirrors, as well as bespoke wayfinding signage, laser cut numerals to a specific typeface and design, and car parking discs unique to this site.
Delivering accurate and timely consignments to this logistically challenging area of London was of critical importance to the Vistry site team and so the use of the Bennetts internal transport fleet enabled the team to meet specific time slots and provide a very effective delivery solution.
